ABOUT ME
I moved to Winston-Salem, NC from Denver, CO in 2022, and I am originally from upstate NY. I have been in private practice since 2014, and I genuinely love the work that I do! It's very rewarding to me to see people heal from past wounding and to step into their power. It's a privilege to me to be able to be a guide through this process. I help people navigate relationships and become more aligned with who they truly are to live a life that feels more fulfilling. I have a passion for working with couples and individuals who are going through major life transitions and/or identity shifts like marriage or divorce, becoming parents, changing careers, trauma recovery (including religious trauma), burnout, or mid-life challenges. My style can best be described as integrative, systemic, and holistic. I believe that mental health is so much more than just the thoughts that we think. It's the relationship we have with our bodies, as well as our spiritual health. The way I define spiritual health is how one finds meaning, purpose, and a sense of connection to something larger than oneself. I believe that that spirituality is deeply personal, and I see myself as a guide to help you connect with your internal compass. I believe that humans are multi-faceted, and that we are made up of many different parts. I help you connect with these parts so that you can live with more ease and clarity. I help couples navigate their attachment with each other through connection with themselves and effective communication. We can dig deep to assess what your underlying needs and desires are to get unstuck from the same patterns you may find yourself in over and over.
